I first heard about the Buddha Boy in 2005 and was impressed by the alleged fact that he has been meditating under a three without drinking or eating for months. He planned to do it for 6 years to gain enlightement.

Why do we experience so much contrast in our life?

Learning about the law of attraction is an ongoing process for me. The more I learn, the more questions I have. I want to understand how and why the universe unfolds the way it does. I want to figure out what the bleep am I doing here on this planet.

I have half of the answer to this question. I believe I am here to understand that I am the creator of my reality. I am my own judge. If I do something wrong, my unconscious mind will find a way to place me in a situation that will punish me. I am in heaven as I can create and manifest everything I want. I don’t understand 100% of the creating process, but I know that I create absolutely everything in my life. For those who don’t understand this concept, life might seem like hell for them.

The other part of the question refers to my purpose of life. What is my contribution to the universe? What kind of job would best serve? I don’t have a definite answer even if I first asked myself this question more than 5 years ago. Every time I think I have the answer and jump in, life kinda make me slip away to something else.

Why do we experience so much contrast in our life? Good and bad are two sides of the same coin. I can consciously choose to look at one or the other. But sometimes two coins are linked together; if I choose to look at the first one on the good side, then the other one is always on the opposite side.

I just came across a short video today. Watch Abrahams (Esther Hicks) answer why we experience so much contrast in our life. It is a funny answer worth watching!

I cleared a limiting belief about money within minutes

I have been unemployed for 8 months now and my financial situation is suffering. It has been a blessing to be unemployed because I had the time to learn about the web 2.0, blogs and all that stuff. I also had the time to rest and read. I turned 40 and reviewed my life and where I want to be in the future. I’m grateful for that time.

Now is the time for me to get a new job and make a lot more money to feed my thirst for travelling. During the past few months, I emailed, fax and sent my resume to many possible employers without any success. I knew I had a limiting belief about money or work to clear.

Yesterday, I did the exercise as shown on the video by Carol Tuttle. I identified two specific limiting beliefs. I wrote that down in my journal. I also wrote more than 30 reasons why those beliefs aren’t true. I did the tapping while reading my journal out loud and I could feel a shift in my energy. I felt a lot better. It helped me on a conscious level too.

I tested my income limit before and after the exercise with my pendulum. I was happily surprised, but still septic because I know I influence my pendulum a lot and my results are right about 60-75% of the time only. If you want to learn more about the way Carol tested her client while pushing her arm down in the video, it is explained with great details in the book Power vs Force. This book is on the read list prior most self help seminars I have been too.

Guess what happened within the next 5 minutes? I had a phone call from a guy I tried to reach unsuccessfully a month ago about my dream job. Believe me or not, he hired my right away!

I will be working full time three weeks from today. I will be part of a harvest crew working in Canada and USA, mostly around Kansas, Nebraska, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. I will either drive a grain truck or a combine. I have been a farmer all my life and I enjoy to drive those big machines alone in the middle of the field, especially at night with the full moon and the stars shinning. This is my personal story about breaking a limiting belief with EFT. It is a short simple exercise everybody can do at home. If you are stuck with the same problem or situation over and over no matter what you do, you probably have an unconscious belief that is holding you back. It is gonna hold you back for the rest of your life until you face it.

How to clear limiting beliefs about money is a major topic in the self help arena. It is in the top 5 list with weight loss, health, find love and self esteem. When you change a subconscious belief, you make a paradigm shift. You observe life from a new angle and create a new reality that can be very different from what you were living before.

Break a limiting belief and reach your goal

How many times your friends and family members told you that your goal was just a fantasy dream? How many times did they tell you that you desire was impossible to reach? Did you believe them? Whether you did believe them or not on a conscious level can have a huge impact on your success.

One other fact that most of us underestimate is that every time someone tells you it’s impossible, your unconscious mind “write it down” and create roots to a new unconscious belief even if you do think it is possible!

Unconscious beliefs are far more powerful than conscious beliefs. To manifest your goals faster, I strongly suggest that you keep your goals to yourself and avoid critics and the limiting unconscious beliefs that will inevitably follow.

“What the bleep do we know?” is an excellent movie and book. Yesterday, I was bored and didn’t know what to do. I went through my DVD and decided to watch it again. The last time was 2-3 years ago.

I watched The Secret many times over and over when it was first released. It was very inspirational for me, but there was something missing. I like logic and mathematics. “What the bleep do we know?” feeds my left brain. It popularizes quantum physics and the applications to change our reality and manifest our desires.

It is challenging to watch and understand. Many times I had to pause and give some thoughts about what was said. The book is a great complement and summarizes the interviews presented in the movie.

Today I have only one question in mind: What the bleep do I know? After reading so many books about quantum physics, the law of attraction, the power of prayer, intentions… After going to seminars, learning yoga, meditation, tapping (EFT), Ho’oponopono and how to spin a pendulum; what do I know that is useful and can help me achieve my goals each and every time the way I intended?

I have a hard time to admit that none of this worked out each and every time. Does it work at all? Yes of course! I achieved most of my goals I had set when I was first introduced to this way of positive thinking. The goals I didn’t manifest were not that important to me after all and some times in contradiction with other goals. It’s no big deal. I’m very pleased with my results altogether.

Did it happen the way I intended? Nope! Not at all! Often times, events occuring in my life seemed to be negative or very far from what I asked. But with an objective comparison between my demand and the end result, I could always find a close to perfect match. God is childish in is way of understanding and answering our prayers. He (or she?) likes to play!!!

What have I learned?

-Most of the techniques produce results according to your understanding and use.

-None of them works each and every time.

-Everybody is unique and at a different place on his path, therefore what works well for me may be useless for you. What was working yesterday might not work tomorrow!

-Trying and testing is a major key to success. I always test new ideas and concepts before rejecting or accepting them. Write a journal to keep track of your experiments.

-God really likes to play. I don’t! (Remember my left brain) That’s why he’s messing around with me so often. Understanding this is an Ah-Ah moment!

-I most have a clear mental image to focus my energy on in order to produce results. Even if I think of my c.m.i. many times a day; I know that my conscious thoughts are only the tip of the iceberg. Unconscious thoughts rule out in number and priority. They have the last word. To identify and clear limiting unconscious beliefs is my highest priority at the moment.

-Let go. Ounce I asked and laser target my thoughts on something, when I know I deserve it and it is in alignment with my values and beliefs, I just let go and forget about it. If God thinks it is helpful to my purpose of life in any way, I always receive it the best way and time. If not, it’s ok with me. He is managing my game from a better point of view than I do and I surrender to that.

-I am always in the right from my view point and so do you. Read it again. Challenging!? Let’s do a simple exercise I learned from Pierre Morency. Raise one arm above your head and point your index finger up. Spin your finger clockwise. Don’t stop the move. Keep on spinning your finger pointing up while you slowly lower your wrist to your belly. If you were spinning your finger clockwise and never stopped the move, it should still be going in the same direction, right? Is it? Take a look. How come are you wrong? Because you changed your view point, resulting in a different observation. A second observer standing in front of you at the other end of the room would see you moving your finger from left to right and back! The lesson I learned from this exercise is very simple: I only share my opinions with others I don’t try to impose it. If they agree or not with me doesn’t matter anymore. I know they have a different view point. I don’t lose energy in arguing anymore.

-The more I know, the more I realize I don’t know much! The more I learn, the more questions pops up, pushing me ahead in my quest for answers.

-The path or the journey is as important as the final destination.

-Going out of my comfort zone expand it in quantum leap.

My journey started many years ago and leaded me in a completely different direction than I first intended. I met great peoples along the way: teachers, classmates and a few students. I had never thought I would blog about this. What is gonna be the next step? I have no clue, but I know it's gonna challenge me to move outside my comfort zone again. This is what I know about how to use the law of attraction to create a miracle in my life.

Beyond The Secret movie-DVD

Did you watch The Secret movie? Did you like it? Did it change your life in one way or another? Do you feel there was something missing from The Secret? I don’t know about you but I answered yes to all those questions. Watching The Secret and using the knowledge to manifest my desires has been very helpful to me.

Manifesting my desires with the law of attraction works most of the times for me but not every time. I still need to learn more and fine tune my technique to create miracles in my life. I learned a lot from The Secret but the more I learn, the more I realize there is so much more to understand. I also watched “What the Bleep do we Know?” and I really like when they say: “How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?” A lot deeper is my answer.

The Secret was missing many important aspects of the law of attraction. The main one was the action part needed to manifest your goals. There is also the importance of your hidden unconscious beliefs system that can write off any good intentions and affirmations you might have. I hope they will say more about that in the movie Beyond The Secret.

What is more to know about The Secret? How can I go beyond The Secret? Expect a Miracle With the Law of Attraction by Letting Go of the HOW

Do you expect miracles using the law of attraction? You should! Understanding the law of attraction and how to use it correctly will put you on the fast track to creating miracles in your life. Letting go "how" your demand is going to manifest is a catalyst in the creation process.

We must focus only on what we want until we have absolute faith and confidence that it will manifest, and then we just need to forget about it! In any case, we must never think about the "how". Almost every time I want to manifest something and I think about the "how", it takes more time to manifest because The Universe has to find a different way to manifest in order to surprise me and be clear saying, I'm the big boss, I will manifest your stuff when I want to, and how I want to. Don't tell me what to do!

My first mentor told me to basically never ask for money! Money is most of the time a "how". Just ask directly what it is you want to do with the money. If The Universe wants you to pay to buy a car, the money will come to you. However, there are so many other ways The Universe can deliver your desire! It is possible that you are gifted a raffle ticket and then end up winning your dream car! Never underestimate the unlimited possibilities of getting what you wish for.

Furthermore, every time you think about money (if you are like me), you think about the lack of it, despite good intentions, affirmations and visualizations. Wealthy people spend time thinking about their next trip or next project, not necessarily the money.

That being said, we must remember we are still living in the physical third dimension world. If you think you deserve a raise, ask for it! We must be aligned in all dimensions to accelerate the manifestation process and expect miracles.

Earlier today, I was reading Give to live: the real secret to manifesting life’s rewards by Dr Rick Barret. This free ebook outlines the benefits and rewards from giving freely without attachment to reciprocity. Giving from the heart with love is for me one of the best feelings in life. There are numbers of inspiring stories in this book and the author invites us to share our stories. Here is mine.

Two years ago was the toughest time in my life. I had more than my share of problems of all sorts. Being a really dedicated student of The Secret and the law of attraction, I had even more unanswered questions about why I created all this and what could I learn from my experience. I was 3500 Km away from home working as a combine driver to harvest wheat in the big fields of Saskatchewan Canada. This job was for me a 10 years old dream coming true. I had nobody to talk to and help me answer my questions.

This changed one day when an angel crossed my path in the form of a female co-worker. She new about energy healing, law of attraction and all related stuff I am so passionate about. We had a few big talks during the short two weeks we worked together. The day she left to take the bus and go on her path, I gave her a book about the LOA and told her to read it only in the bus. Inside the book, I wrote her a few pages to thank her about being the angel that answered many of my burning questions. I was covered with debts; but she was broke, so I slip over 100$ in the book and gave her without any attachment or expectations to get it back in any way.

A few hours later, I was in my room and I suddenly felt a rush of energy, of love. Just like when you give a hug to a close friend. My first thought was that she was reading my thank you note. I knew it for a fact, but my scientific mind wanted a confirmation and I called her. I now know by experience that I can affect and be affected by other human thoughts no matter how far away they are. I know she is thinking of me as I write this.

Some friends share our path for a lifetime, others for a few years or even a few weeks. When their message is delivered to us; our path takes different directions. Thank you for giving me the opportunitie to give and to receive much more than a book or money. Wherever you are, thank you Angel for crossing my path.

Forgive Yourself with Ho'oponopono

In my last post, I said to emphasize in “living in the now” in order to be happy. But how can I live in the now if I keep thinking about my mistakes of the past? What if my mind chatters about some goofie things I have done before? What if my mind says things like: “you’re stupid”, “you’re not good enough” etc? Thinking about the past mistakes takes me away from living in the now.

A simple way to stop this negative chatter is to forgive myself from those mistakes. We are human beings and we all make mistakes. What separates us from animals is our memory. Have you ever seen a dog feeling sorry even minutes after wrecking something? Sometimes I feel sorry for very small things I have done 30 years ago! What a waste of time!

Free yourself from the past, forgive yourself and others for every mistake you have done before. Learn the lesson from your error and forget it. Love yourself enough to do this exercise. Live in the now and enjoy everything life gives to you. That is the power of forgiveness!

I recently read the book “Zero limits” from Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len. It explains a very simple Hawaïan technique called Ho’oponopono. I have been using this technique for over a month now and I really do feel a difference. I feel much better in alignment with The Universe. This technique is so simple it is only for line longs in the book. The rest of the book explains the power of forgiveness and how Dr Hew Len cured patients from an asylum with those for sentences. It is so big there are “zero limits” to it!

I have a library full of books like The Secret about the law of attraction and visualization techniques. Most of them explain the same stuff with different words or exercises to reach as many people as possible. They are all good. “Zero limits” is different from all the others in the technique and also in the outcome result. A must read!

Today is the best day of my life.

Today is the best day of my life because today (now) is the only time I have. Yesterday is gone forever and I can’t change it. I can only remember some part of it. Tomorrow ain’t there yet and never will because when I will wake up tomorrow, at that time, it will be another today! A different one of course, but it will still be in the “now”.

Since now is the only time I’ve got, I choose to make it the best … as an attitude. Our emotions and attitude are among the very few things I can have absolute control over, so I choose to use it as an advantage and take the best of it for my well being.

Being happy and feeling great, isn’t it the ultimate goal most individuals are aiming for? By choosing to see the sunny side of everything, I feel wonderful and I send that kind of vibes throughout the universe. I also naturally attract more of the same to me. Simple enough for you?

Tap Into The Power of Subconscious With Positive Thinking Affirmations Quotes

A few years ago, I learned how to access the power of my subconscious mind by repeating thousands times a day positive thinking affirmations. To get the best results, my affirmations must transport me in a state of well being. Using power affirmation words or quotes from my favorite actor or self help guru creates a positive attitude that mirrors into my life.

Think about the most important goal you want to achieve right now. Imagine you just manifested your goal. What can you say to describe it in a single short sentence? Frame that sentence to present tense, positive and add “I am” or “I receive” plus a “thank you” note directed to what is divine for you.

I will use the goal to be healthier as an example. When I will be more healthy, I will probably say something like: “I’m healthy”, “I feel great”, “I weight xx pounds” and so on. One of my favorite quotes goes like this: “I am in perfect physical condition. Thank you God.”

This power affirmation works for me because I feel good when I say it even if I still have room for improvement. “I am” is very powerful and binds me with whatever I say after. The thank you note to the Divine purpose is to feel gratitude right now for the future outcome knowing with absolute faith and confidence that I will receive it in the best way possible for my own evolution on earth.

How to Make a Vision Board and a mind movie

A vision board is a simple tool that will help you manifest your desires and help you confirm what you really want to create. Making a vision board is a way to give more energy and focus to your thoughts with the law of attraction, therefore speeding up the process of manifestation.

What does a vision board looks like? It can take many forms. I personally have a cork board with push pin to hang pictures of my desires. I just cut out pictures that represent my goals from magazines or print out pictures I find on the web. My vision board hangs on my office’s wall just above my computer where I can see it all the time. You can use a cardboard and stick your pictures to it. Some people prefer scrapbooking. Use whatever you prefer. The main thing is to look at it often and visualize your goals as a reality. I also have a picture of my vision board as a wallpaper on my cell phone for the time I am out of my office.

If you spend a lot of time on your computer, you may create a pps file or software that you can use as a wallpaper and screensaver. Adding music and video will turn your vision board into a mind movie. A mind movie with your favorite song together with your goals will create a feeling, an emotion. Emotion is referred as Energy in MOTION. That is exactly the purpose of a mind movie and vision board: put positive energy in motion to create miracles!
To conlude, I want to share with you my personal story about vision board. Back in 1989, during a snowstorm, I was home doing nothing special that day. I started to dream about how I could expand my business. It was really day dreaming, because I came up with a very detailed list of things that were by all economic means waaay ooouuut of my budget. I talked to a few consultants and they all told me to forget it. Items on my list were way beyond my league. I just took my list and put it in a drawer and forget about it. Ten years later, I sold a part of my business and cleaned some drawers. I found my list and reviewed it to find out with great amazement that I had reached all my goals 3 years before in 1996! Guess what I did after that: a new list of goals and a vision board!

The Science of Getting Rich

The Science of Getting Rich book was published by Wallace Wattles in 1910. I read that book just after “Ask and you shall receive” from Pierre Morency. This is the same basic way to create miracles, but explained in a more sober step by step way with a deep explanation of the principles and laws involved in the process of manifestation.

Keep in mind that at the time of writing, Mr. Wattles didn’t know about the latest researches in the quantum physics domain, but all his teachings are in alignment with the quantum laws.

Understanding Mr. Wattles way of thinking helped me make sense of what is happening in my life. I can witness the causes and effects of my thoughts every day to an extend that is sometimes beyond ordinary human comprehension. That is my definition of a miracle. When I focus and direct my thoughts on a very specific goal with emotions and appropriate actions, I can make a miracle happen. Well, it isn’t a miracle for me anymore because I know how to do it, but for peoples who have no idea of the knowledge in this book it seems magic!

Knowledge alone is useless until you apply it. I use the teachings of Mr. Wattles to create the life I want on a daily basis. Many aspects of my life are way better now. I still got a lot to improve, and that’s why I keep on reading and testing every new tip I learn. I suggest you do the same and after a trial period, just keep what feels best for you. But you got to give it a try first!

How To Make A Miracle Happen

Since I was a child, I always wanted to know how to make a miracle happen. I asked my parents how to create miracles and they didn’t know. I asked my religion teacher and my priest “How can I make miracles?” They didn’t know either. My family is Catholic and we were going to church every week. I was listening to the priest lectures about Jesus creating miracles one after the other with ease and I couldn’t believe that such a knowledge has been apparently lost because nobody could satisfy my quench for answers. Around the age of 13, I stopped going to church with my unanswered question in mind.

Many years later, in the 90’s, I had another great question: “How can I make a lot more money than I do right now?” I like to read, so I have been reading a lot of books about economics, the power of compound interest, the stock market… Every time I taught I had found the perfect way to make money, I could find half a dozen books telling me that this way wasn’t good, just do the opposite! My deception was growing faster than a rabbit family!

At the end of 2003, I bought a book titled “Ask and you shall receive” written by Pierre Morency. On the back cover, I could read: “What if we abandoned our security in order to increase our income? What if we stopped working long hours?” Doing that would be a miracle in itself! This was way beyond the opposite of all economic books. It was basically in a different dimension! It caught my attention right away.

I read that book 5 times the first month. I knew there was something very important in that book, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. I made a decision to get to the bottom of this and I registered for a one day seminar with Pierre Morency. This day of February 2004 changed my life forever. When I came back home that night, I finally knew how to make a miracle happen. I took my book again; and my answer was there in bold letters. I just didn’t understand before.

Every thought I have is sent out to the Universe like a radio wave from an antenna. Somewhere, somehow, something picks up the wave signal and turns it to reality. That is the core basics to make miracles. Of course there is a lot more to this like: increase the power of the signal (your level of energy), avoid sending opposite signals (focus on only one thing) and a few more things.

Can you figure out what picks up the signal and how this power manifests your desires? I don’t know either and it is not part of my quest. At this moment of my life, my quest is only to send a clear signal. I just name this power God, The Universe or whatever you feel comfortable with.

Many women turn on the ignition of their car and press the gas pedal to move from point A to B. Do they all know exactly what is going on under the hood? Does it prevent them to drive the car? I think you got my point.

With this blog, I want to share with you the results of my researches. The knowledge to create miracles is available in many forms like books, DVD, seminars… Most spiritual teachers spread the same info. They just have a different approach and some unique fine tuning to the method you need to make your own miracle. This is great because we all come from a different background or mindset. You just need to find out what best suits you! This being said, I won’t recommend one book over another. I will only review what is useful to me hoping it can help you learn how to create miracles.
